Lisa is a Director for LPT Realty, the 2024 recipient of the Inman's Most Innovative Real Estate Company award.
Lisa began her real estate career in 1994 in Morristown, New Jersey. She achieved the “New Jersey Circle of Excellence Award” in her first full year in real estate. President’s Circle award, several “Agent of the Month” awards and Coldwell Banker Mortgage Premier Agent status were all part of her achievements during her 12-year sales agent career at Coldwell Banker.
In 2007 Lisa became the Productivity Coach for Keller Williams South Tampa, and eventually a multi-market center coach for the Chadwick Group. The Chadwick Group was one of only 11 companies nationwide to grow during the real estate recession from 2008-2011, according to Real Trends.
From 2011 to 2019 Lisa served as the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Brandon market center. The office grew from 116 Agents to 413 at the end of 2018. Creating productive and cooperative culture helped the office grow both in agent count and profitability. Lisa knew that supporting her agents in growing their business was the key to success. With the support of her agents the office went from less than 100 transactions a month to over 3000 per year. Keller Williams Brandon was the #1 office for profitability in the state of Florida for several years and ranked as the #22 Keller Williams office in the nation in 2018.
2019 began a new adventure when Lisa launched her consulting company. In 2020 Lisa wrote “Real Estate Commons Sense.” Later that year, she partnered with Supreme Lending to bring free Continuing Education Courses to Realtors. Lisa loves what she does, and it shows. She is now able to share her passion for learning, coaching and the real estate profession through continuing education classes and her lively productivity workshops.
