She made everything so easy for us, from setting up the listing with furniture staging and photography, including a drone-view video that emphasized the beauty of the surrounding area. Lisa and Jen are AMAZING! I am a first time homebuyer, and I couldn't be more pleased. They are sooo down to earth, personable, friendly, and a breathe of fresh air. When buying a house, and feeling so overwhelmed and stressed, they removed those burdens from us, which from house hunting with other realtorsin the past, I WAS ALWAYS STRESSED! This experience was so pleasant. With our home buying experience, Lisa and Jen observed our body language and our faces with homes. They could tell in our faces, homes that we loved. One particular home that my fiance loved, Jen sensed that he adored this home. We figured this home was out of our reach, we let it go. Because of Jen and her communication with Lisa, Lisa was able to follow up on this home, snag it for us. They are the best of the best! We began our search May 21st, and went under contract the following weekend. Please choose wisely, this is the biggest investment of your life. The Lisa Swaino team makes the experience lovely.

Lisa & Heather kicked butt with our listing and home search. Our home was sold in less than a week (well over asking price) and we found a home and had an offer accepted within a couple days (well under asking price). They also saved us from accepting a potentially bad deal that seemed good on the surface. Lisa definitely knows her stuff and will work hard for ya! Hopefully I wont be moving again anytime soon, but if so, we'll definitely go back to Lisa & her team!

The day I met Lisa, I was just looking at open houses to get a sense of my likes/wants. At that time, I was getting the run around from a big bank and waiting to get a response on pre-approval. Lisa assured me that she knew someone who could help. I reached out to her contact, and within hours, I had my pre-approval letter and a nice chat with Lisa who gave me tips and set me up to receive new listings. She also connected me with Jennifer Horton to help me view and find a house to purchase. Jen is equally amazing - awesome personality and was able to quickly arrange private showings around my crazy work schedule.
