DREAM TEAM! Lisa needs 10 stars! Seriously- I've made much smaller purchases with more obstacles than my home purchase. With multiple offers and a seller not willing to budge, Lisa made it happen. Lisa and her team got me from pending to the closing table in 11 days! I'm certain this would not have happened with another agent. I am now sitting in my new home writing this well-deserved review because she took the time and attention both myself and the seller needed. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa is the best!! I was referred to Lisa by my broker, then learned she was also my best friends realtor a few years back - I am so so glad I worked with Lisa! Being a first time home buyer she was very attentive, communicative, knowledgeable, and happy to see plenty of houses with me at the drop of a dime! That was a big deal for me because there isn’t much time to wait on schedule matching when houses come available in Jacksonvilles hot market!! Amazing͏ Customer Service!
As first time home buyers the process was very confusing and stressful. Having Lisa there guide us through very step of the way made it a breeze. Amazing Agent!
Lisa treats you like she’s known you for years. I lost my Dad and had to sell his home, during this difficult time Lisa treated it like it was her Dad’s home. She cared for it as much as I did, she was there to hold my hand through this process. Relentlessly worked for our dream home
Rarely have I seen someone as excellent at their craft as Lisa Sweat. Her genuine desire to help us, deep knowledge of the area, and bubbly excitement about real estate made her an absolute pleasure to work with. I found Lisa online ,called and she walked us through the process step by step ,which made it easy and gave us all the information we need as first time home buyers .
Nobody else will ever beat her services specially when listening agent from EXIT where very negligent and unprofessional causing unnecessary delays due to lack of communication with sellers,horrible experience with listing agents .
But Lisa took care of everything even coordinating inspection,repairs and re-inspections appraisals etc to get it done and she was able to close on the deal did what she said she’d do close on time ,we need to relocate from out of state .
If somebody ask if know who can help them ,I would not hesitate to name Lisa as a reference of efficient and very professional realtor that went above and beyond and did a fantastic job .

Lisa Sweat truly puts in the time to make your dreams happen. Needing to find and get a home rapidly in today's housing market is a daunting task. Lisa was always responsive to my requests to see homes and see them very soon after they were listed. When the right house popped up she arranged for us to see it as one of the first to view.
