My husband and I were continually impressed with Lisa's commitment to finding a beach home for us. She listened to what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay and she kept noodling over ideas and possibilities while the market was lean with listings. We could talk to her any time of the day or night. We don't believe that she actually sleeps! Lisa was always excited yet realistic about the possibilities while staying within the boundaries of our expectations. When we found the house that was perfect for us, she was able to negotiate exactly as my husband (who has a hard time not being directly involved in real estate negotiations himself) would have had he been on the phone too.

We absolutely loved working with Lisa. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and was efficient in showing us listings that were within our criteria. We never felt as though we were being shown a property that did not fit our needs. When we found the home we moved forward with, Lisa was very helpful and honest which is rare when you are dealing with a broker who is also representing the seller. Lisa is a 3 door away neighbor on the ocean front. She as we, both own a 2-family rental house so our experiances are the same with regard to rentals. Therefore, she in a sale situation is able to show the value of buying , living in one apartment and renting the other to maximim potential, offers the owner an all expense paid property over the long term.
