About Lisa

Lisa Wolfe is a Bay Area native who was born into a real estate family and has focused her career over the past two decades on the San Francisco residential real estate market. This focus has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the subtleties of the city’s unique neighborhoods throughout many periods of different market conditions. Lisa has represented clients on both sides of a wide variety of transactions including trust sales, co-ops and condominiums, single-family homes, tenancies-in-common (TICs), and raw land sales.

Lisa has been recognized as a Top Producer since the early 2000’s. Currently at Compass, she was previously with Coldwell Banker, where she was recognized among the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She was also named as one of Coldwell Banker’s “Top 100 of Northern California” and is a licensed broker.

During her career, Lisa has counseled her diverse clientele about relevant considerations about real estate decisions, such as the economy’s effect on current dynamics in the local housing market; interest rate environments; likely factors affecting future values; and the viability of expansion/improvement or other construction-related projects.
