Lisa Wolford

Lisa’s expertise in the real estate market has grown rapidly through her high volume of sales and listings in the last decade and is complemented by her 25 years of experience in living and doing business on Orcas.

Before her arrival on the island, Lisa received a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University, completed coursework toward a second degree in Marine Biology at California State University at Long Beach, and earned her California real estate license.

After moving to Orcas, she helped run a successful contracting company, gaining a broad understanding of home construction's large and small details and the most effective ways to work through the construction process.

Since devoting herself full-time to island real estate in 2001 and taking over Orcas island Realty in 2003, she has settled into being one of the top agents on Orcas Island. Lisa has applied her solid negotiating skills and her deep appreciation of Orcas to each of her transactions.

Her diverse interests and her breadth of experience provide her with a unique perspective of the islands, which she enjoys sharing with clients.
