About Listle

Listle, (pronounced Lee-SUL, like diesel with an L) was born in Norway, raised in Evergreen, Colorado, and has deep roots in the Vail Valley. The former professional snowboarder first moved to Vail in 1994 when she landed a spot on the U.S. National Snowboard Team and competed on the World Cup Tour. After college, she then went on to work in the outdoor and snow sports industry for 17 years, covering the Rocky Mountain Territory as a top sales rep for brands like Salomon, Sessions Outerwear, Paul Frank and Crocs. Listle’s transition into real estate was a natural one: Not only does she come from a family of real estate professionals, Listle has a keen eye for design and success renovating homes. She knows the mountain resort market and can help her clients identify properties with investment potential. With almost two decades of sales experience, Listle prides herself on her negotiating and networking skills and understands the tenacity and dedication required for the real estate industry. She’s motivated by a passion to help people and takes pride in customer service and experience. Listle works tirelessly to make sure that her client’s needs are met and places a high priority on clear communication and by creating a seamless transaction. Most importantly, Listle understands the key to success are the long-lasting relationships she’s able to build by dedicating herself 100 percent to her clients—that means understanding that the work does not end at the closing. Listle is passionate about helping her clients integrate into the community. After traveling to resorts all over the world, Listle ultimately returned to Vail to raise her family. She and her husband currently live in Edwards with their son and daughter, who are all also avid winter athletes and not surprisingly, talented competitive snowboarders in their own right who have flourished as students at Vail Ski and Snowboard Academy. Listle is thrilled to live and work at her favorite resort in the world where she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, Nordic skiing, golf, and the endless search for powder. She’s also happy to show her clients around and share what brought her to this beautiful valley.
