The first time I met Litsa was over 21 years ago when I bought my house. She was the listing agent at the time. Recently, when it was time to sell, she was the first and only real estate agent I contacted. Her professionalism, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the industry are second to none. Selling a home can be a very stressful process; however, Litsa made everything as smooth and easy as possible. She provided great suggestions when staging and listing the house. She communicated not just the good news, but also the not so good news. She was helpful and was available during every step of the process. In the end, my house sold over list just after it hit the market. Amazing! I highly recommend Litsa and am extremely thankful for everything she has done!

Gina was a dream to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the homes we visited. She is proactive, very detailed, and buttoned up. She is a great listener and had wonderful ideas as to how we could renovate or update some homes to meet our needs. We would've never found our home had it not been for her. Litsa Lekatsos did a wonderful job selling our home in summer 2021. We had lived in that house for thirty years and were naive about the selling process. Litsa guided us, patiently answered all questions quickly, and listened carefully to our wants and concerns. Since we had moved out of town, she coordinated painters and cleaners to put the house in show condition. Our home sold three days after it was listed, for 10% more than we had expected. We highly recommend Litsa to anyone wanting a true professional to help sell their home.
