Liz's real estate insights are terrific. Between 2 houses I wanted the higher priced one but she compellingly argued that the lower priced one was a better investment. Based on Zillow after 4 years the one I purchased (her choice) has appreciated 20% while the one she talked me out of (with effort) has dropped 7% !
