Liz Bowen has been a Realtor since 2004, specializing in residential real estate in Colorado Springs and throughout El Paso County. Her guiding principle has consistently been, "What's important to the client is important to me." Liz places a paramount emphasis on understanding her client's needs and desires through a consultative approach, followed by diligent efforts to help them achieve their goals.
In Liz's role as the Employing Broker/Owner of Red Bow Realty, she actively encourages company agents to uphold excellence as stewards of the industry, prioritize education, and always prioritize the client's interests. She takes pride in her designation as a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), equipping her with the skills to effectively negotiate on behalf of her clients while always seeking mutually beneficial outcomes. Liz is also a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of Realtors, giving her a unique qualification to assess property pricing and provide expert advice on purchase offers. Additionally, she is a Real Estate Divorce Specialist, with specialized training to assist individuals navigating the complexities of selling marital assets during divorce proceedings.
In 2023, Liz serves as the President of the Colorado Women's Council of Realtors network. She previously held the position of President in 2019 for the Women's Council of Realtors Pikes Peak Network. In addition to her real estate responsibilities, Liz serves as a Director for the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors Services Corp (RSC) and owns Liz Bowen Coaching. She takes great satisfaction in giving back to the community by teaching real estate courses for her peers and business courses at Pikes Peak Community College.
