Helping me set things up and letting me know what the next step is. She was in constant communication for all my questions and letting me know as things were getting completed. She was out in front of everything. My home buying experience was outstanding because of Liz and her team.

Liz and Team are social media savvy and use it strategically to maximize eyeballs on our listing. I was recommended Liz Holterhaus by the agent I used to sell my own home. The recommendation was absolutely on point because I learned a lot about realty in the outer banks. Everything I learned proved to me that if you are looking for a house there, you really need someone who knows the area and the market very well. It’s certainly different than the other markets I’d looked in before and has it’s own challenges and characteristics.

A good agent who knows it well can make a huge difference, and Liz and her team absolutely know the area. They all made sure I was covered, and as picky and cautious as I was being, they were always very patient and helpful. This entire process was far easier than I expected, all of my concerns were addressed quickly, and I was prepared for every step of the process.

If you want a home in OBX, you DO want a local realtor. Liz and her team are, and they leverage all of the most up to date information and options available. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, buyers or sellers.

Liz will always be my go to for real estate sales and purchases. She is extremely knowledgeable to this market and a great negotiator. She was very involved in making sure I did not overpay for inspections and helped me get an awesome deal on my home (and a seller credit!!!)
