We recently sold our home in South City and had the pleasure to work with Leanne Morgan. From start to finish, Leanne was brilliant in her execution of the entire process. Her creativity in getting the house ready and attention to detail really helped to get 14 offers in one day. She is extremely organized and focused, which took a lot of stress away from us. Leanne has a calming personality and eased the anxiety of selling a home. Even to the very last minute. Elizabeth Real Estate group has always been great to us through every real estate need we've had, from helping us find our new place, sell our old one, and find renters for the interim! In this most recent sale, Liz's agent Leanne Morgan really went above and beyond helping us with our difficult condo sale. One of those ones you're always hearing about, where you keep thinking it's done, but problems with buyers and neighbors and acts of god keep popping up. Liz and Leanne are in it for the long haul, though, and will always be available to help you with anything you need to get it done.

I recently worked with Leanne Morgan to purchase a new home in this highly competitive market. Simply put, from beginning to end, I am thoroughly impressed with Leanne’s commitment to customer service, process management and market knowledge. She helped me write a contract to “win” the property against multiple offers and I truly believe I couldn’t have acquired this home without her as my realtor. She was responsive at a level I’m not accustomed to in the business world….every call, text message, and email was addressed in remarkable fashion, not only in terms of speed of response but also in terms of real caring about my needs and concerns. I am a busy professional and with Leanne as my realtor, I knew without question that she was on top of all the contract dates and contingencies and that I didn’t have to worry missing anything. What a great experience! We worked with Elizabeth Gerrity through Elizabeth Real estate group to sell and buy. From a sellers perspective this agency was a dream. So much of the drama was reduced because so much paperwork was handled online. When we put our house on the market, we were able to sift through multiple contracts and had it under contract in 1 day! Elizabeth was able to help us navigate through the process easily and with very low stress. When we were in the process of shopping for our new home, Elizabeth was able to point out things I had never thought of.
