We just had the pleasure of buying our home from HPRG, specifically with Sherry Ortelli.

This was our fourth home purchased over the years and was by far our greatest experience, even in a tough buyers market, all thanks to Sherry.

The great thing about Sherry is there is no pressure from her, she understands that buying a home is such a personal decision, one of the biggest we will ever make, and she gives you the space to mull those decisions without making you feel like you are being rushed, pressured, or stressed.

Ask a question about the process and/or property and she has the answer because she puts in the work beforehand, and if for some reason she doesn't she will get the answer for you...and I mean she WILL get it, not just say she will and never get back to you!!!

To be honest there were times I was distraught that we weren't going to find a place in the Tampa Bay market as prices were rising and inventory was disappearing at a rapid pace, but Sherry never was. She knew the market was hot,,, she just kept saying when it's meant to be it will happen, and she just kept pounding away until we found a great place we now love and call home.

From our initial meeting with Sherry, through the purchase offer and contract, all the way to the closing she had everything under control. Of course closing on a home can be complex, confusing, and stressful, but honestly, it felt like we were on cruise control and there were absolutely no issues. Communication from Sherry was always superb.

Though I think we are going to stay in our new home forever lol, I would use Sherry again in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor, save yourself alot of stress, and trust in confidence by hiring Sherry Ortelli and HPRG to represent your next real estate transaction.

She is the epitome of the American dream...work hard, be honest, and treat people with dignity and respect.

God Bless you Sherry and thank you so much for your outstanding service and for helping us find our place in the sun!!! It was truly a pleasure!
