With more than two decades of experience in the appraisal industry, Liz brings a seasoned perspective and deep market knowledge to her role as a real estate agent. Her transition from the analytical world of property valuation to the dynamic field of real estate sales was driven by a desire to play a more hands-on role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Today, Liz combines her expert understanding of property values and deep understanding of local market dynamics with a passion for client service—guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with confidence, precision, and care.

Liz is committed to serving her clients, and holds credentials for both Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) in addition to her bachelor’s in business administration.

Liz is a proud Delaware native and appreciates connecting with the community. When she’s not navigating the world of real estate, she can be found indulging in her hobbies – from riding horses to showcasing sheep at the DE State Fair. Her most cherished moments are spent supporting her son's passion for driving late model race cars at Delaware International and Georgetown Speedways.
