I attended the State University of NY at Fredonia and earned a degree in Elementary Education. Through my working years I have enjoyed classroom time as well a long career in the Restaurant Service Industry. For several years I worked along side of many dedicated locals to make the South Marion County Relay For Life a tremendous success and as a long time member of the Lake Weir Yacht Club, I enjoyed a year as their Commodore. Recently my husband and I joined the Lake Weir Sail Club. When time and weather allow, I enjoy sailing on Lake Weir where I have had the pleasure to reside for the past 20+ years.
