Liz Schoenberger worked with us to fine the right home in the Cary community we wanted. This was not easy, as we had several requirements. Suitable properties did not become available often, and when they did, they received multiple offers and went fast. We had to act quickly, and Liz jumped in to help us day or night, weekday, weekend, or holiday. She is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and very professional. It has been a joy working with Liz; she is the realtor you want for success in finding a new home!

Liz is very thorough and explains everything in detail if we had questions. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience possible and keeping us in line with all of the inspections during the closing process.
