While working with Lizbeth, she did not take more than a few hours to respond which was rare. At most she responded right away. And if she wasn’t able to be as attentive, ( considering she has other clients) she would let us know. She also worked around me and my finances work schedule and made sure we could all speak over the phone together.

Before working with Lizbeth we contracted another relator however after 2 months of us sending him houses/ condos/ townhomes/ mobile. Nothing was within our range. This however was not the case. When we switched and started working with Lizbeth, she showed her skills, knowlege and experience. She sent us many listings that we could afford. In just 2 months we were able to close on a place that is perfect for us, everything we wanted and more. And although she is a realtor she knows a lot! When we came across questions regarding loan or any other things she answered to the best of her ability which was enough for us, she was always great at making us understand.

Lastly, one things that I really appreciate about Lizbeth is how she pronounced my name. The authentic way. It reminded me a lot of family back home. It truly is the little things :) that make a difference.

My fiancé and I have been in our new place for a week now. And wow, it feels likes a dream!. Lizbeth is making dreams come true We couldn't have done any of this without her. We truly thought earlier this year we wouldn't have been able to afford a place and been homeowners. She is the best.

Liz really goes above and beyond for you. We first used her for the selling of our house, which she helped us tremendously as we moved out of state before we even listed. She brought in people to help do the fixings we needed and we got above asking. Then a year later when we moved back she helped us with the purchase of a new build house. This transaction did turn ugly and Lizbeth was both patient with us and aggressive in getting us as much as we could out of this house. We love our new house now and honestly could not have done it without her! I had been using Redfin to look at homes. They could never get listing appointments scheduled back to back and one time I sat at a listing for over 30 minutes and no one came to show me the home. However, a very kind Keller Williams agent had just shown the home to her clients and offered to wait with me. After 30 minutes, Lizbeth Loreto unlocked the door and showed me the home. Liz is a terrific realtor. She had a trip in the middle of our home selling/buying process and still did not miss a beat to have it moved smoothly, it was unbelievable how dedicated to her clients she truly is.

She was great the first time around when we bought our first home 8 yeas ago by throughly explaining the process and our options. She was able and willing to meet with us at different times of the day given the odd schedule I had at the time.

The second time she helped us sell that home and find a new one, which is an intimidating and somewhat stressful process. Luckily we had the number of the best realtor around so Liz helped again explaining the way we could accomplish it and made it super easy and simple. She came to our house, showed us how to stage it, hired the photographer, gave us moving items to help store some items, arranged the open house, and gave us some references for repair personnel. All we had to focus was on arranging the house and prep everything for the move.

Lizbeth gets all of our praise not only for her professionalisms and knowledge of her business, but for the great care she gives to her customers. Can’t praise her services enough and would recommend her every time.
