Lizi Cruz

Lizi is a Florida native who relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2006. Graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting. She earned her C.P.A. and worked in accounting and finance with several clients in the real estate business. She had a consulting practice providing financial and marketing services to clients several of which were also in the real estate business. She then officially turned her sights to real estate where she started helping buyers find homes that best fit their needs. From there she forged ahead to helping those same buyers eventually sell their homes.

Lizi is a licensed REALTOR® in both North and South Carolina. She prides herself in providing the utmost professional service to her clients guiding them every step of the transaction. Her clients' needs and goals are top priority. She is committed to a high level of professionalism, knowledge, integrity while making each purchase and sale as seamless as possible for her clients while achieving the best outcome for her clients. Her accounting background helps Lizi bring an unprecedented level of attention to detail to all her transactions for which she is highly recognized time and again.

Lizi has three children: a recent college graduate living in Charlotte, one at law school in Georgia and one in his first year of college at Clemson. She recently adopted a rescue dog named Poppie and lovingly calls herself a “foster fail.” She lives in Charlotte with her husband. They visit their native Miami often to visit extended family and friends. She enjoys traveling, cooking Cuban food, and glamping. She loves both the Carolina mountains and the beaches making Charlotte the perfect middle spot to visit both. Lizi loves trying out new restaurants and establishments in the greater Charlotte area. Lizi is fluent in Spanish.
