Real Estate comes naturally to Lola. With 19 years of experience as a licensed broker, and 22 years in the real estate industry; Lola acquired her license at just 21 years old and began her career in mortgages transitioning into home sales; Lola has an unmatched background in the business and a deep love for the art of the deal. Yet, Lola’s greatest asset is her ability to give 110% of her into all she does, especially servicing her clients to the highest degree. She fell in love with real estate early on because she started traveling at a young age. "Traveling and seeing different places, cultures, and architecture opened my eyes to the beauty of real estate. It all intertwines, a people’s lifestyle, their likes and passions are all reflected in their home and choice of location."

Her greatest inspiration continues to be her parents, who worked hard to make a life in their new homeland, after moving to the States. They saved up to begin investing in real estate. Once Lola’s family bought their first piece of property, they decided to invest heavily in real estate. She has been a part of many projects involving investing and developing, from the city’s multi-unit buildings to developing million-dollar homes on Northshore’s Glenview and land acquisitions along Montenegro’s Adriatic Sea.

It all starts with a single step, Lola says. "I want to show people they can own a home and invest. If my parents could do it on this scale in a matter of two decades, I believe the possibilities for others are endless as well. There are so many options and incentives out there that should be taken advantage of. I want people to have a piece of their own rock and watch their wealth grow through real estate."

Lola has earned her ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert Designations that placed her in the top 1% of agents in the country in negotiation skill training. Her favorite part of real estate is meeting new people and using her attention to detail to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. "There are no problems, ONLY solutions," Lola says. Her optimism leads the way while her savvy business sense successfully accomplishes any task at hand. In addition, she continually attends seminars and says she’ll never stop perfecting the field. Lola has both her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor of Science. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois and the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. In her free time, Lola explores her other passion - holistic health.
