WHO IS THIS FOX GUY?
Hi, I’m Lloyd.
Owner and Founder of 1912 Realty and Real Estate Licensee since 2001; I’m a proud graduate of the University of Arizona (’90). I was sales trained heavily in the corporate world where I represented pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies and finished as a VP of Sales. Always interested in the real estate industry and market, I made it my career where I work for my clients and myself.
WHAT DIFFERENTIATES ME?
I have lived in most of the valley’s unique and diverse cities. Scottsdale, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, and Cave Creek are all places I've called home. I’ve also coordinated extensive corporate employee relocation work throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. These personal experiences provide a tremendous base of applicable area knowledge you can use to your advantage. Listening to and understanding client’s needs are the most important tools for long-term client success. You’ll know the place for you when you see it. I’m here to make sure it’s a sound and well-negotiated decision. The experience you have is what I’ll be judged by.
WHY GIVING BACK IS A WAY OF LIFE
Giving back in every facet of life is a passion for me. I’ve served on many boards for my alma mater; The National Board of Directors for the Alumni Association for 11 years and a past Chair, and then serving on the University of Arizona Foundation Board of Trustees for 7 years. Since then I've continued to mentor others through the Wildcat Mentor Society and was named Mentor of the Year in 2023.
WHEN I MAKE THE TIME FOR FREE TIME
My family, my love, my passions in that order. I love my family and friends and time with them is a necessity. My wife, Carrilee, is the love of my life and she's the biggest support I could ever have. We spend every minute we can together and love all our adventures in life. Learning and creating is so much fun and keeps me sharp. Having a growth mindset is key to consistently improving who I am and how I impact others. Free time means devoting some of that time to internal growth. Currently, I am a Facilitator for the second year in Darren Hardy's Hero's Journey (a 21-module of growth lessons, exercises, and Action Huddles) and am a member of the Hardy Club. Completing culinary school, learning to brew and weld, and staying in great shape are things I’m proud of. There’s nothing like continuing to learn; in the classroom, from others, and through life’s wonderful experiences.
