Kristy is awesome! She helped us buy a home in 2021 and went above and beyond through a very stressful situation. She helped us find houses and worked around our schedules. She was on top of responding to any emails or texts. She was not afraid of contacting any of the listing agents with additional questions we had about the properties, that were not already answered on the seller's disclosures. When we did find a house that we wanted to pursue, she was helpful in negotiating price, repairs, closing date, etc. Kristy went above and beyond when we ran into an almost month long rut with our mortgage company, due to no fault of our own or the seller...we just didn't have a competent lender AT ALL. Kristy stayed in contact the entire time with all the parties involved on both sides and continued to guide us when we needed it. She remained positive and reassuring throughout the whole situation, even when it didn't look very good! There was never any doubt that she was on our side 100% and she advocated for us constantly. We would choose Kristy again in a heart beat if we ever decide to sell or buy again!

Amber and Logan are a great team, they helped me and my wife get our home sold and helped us get a home during this pandemic. Amber was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we could find the home we wanted, and was quick to make sure we could look at each home around our schedule. Also was very helpful during the closing process to help us understand each document and explain the to us so we were confident in our decisions. Logan went far and beyond the expectations of what I expected in a realtor. He communicated every detail thoroughly so that we understood every decision we made and what was expected with those decisions. Not only that but we had a hard time with both buying and selling on other parts. Logan made sure to do EXTRA to get things closed ASAP and fought for us as his clients. When I say above and beyond I mean ABOVE AND BEYOND! He and his wife both were always available for questions and concerns which helped with the stress of not knowing the market. I highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying!

We closed on our home July 2020. We moved back to GA from FL, all during the Covid pandemic. The whole process started in March of finding out we were moving back to GA, putting our FL house on the market, getting a contract, coming to GA to look and hubby having to stay in GA for the re-open of the store. It was a journey! We worked closely with Amber and Logan was a wonderful support to her and us as well. Amber went above and beyond what we ever expected! She is absolutely amazing. This was a difficult process for us bc the housing market was moving so fast and my husband was in GA while I was still in FL packing up. Amber encouraged us, helped us with decisions and became someone I now consider a friend. We ended up buying a fixer upper and I can’t wait to invite Amber and Logan over to see it!!

Logan and Amber were such a great help during our home buying process! As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. We heard about The Stewart Team through family members who sung their praises and thought we would give this team a try....thank goodness! They answered all of our questions and were always on call for the pop up thoughts that crossed our minds during the day. I've worked with real estate agents multiple times, and let me tell you I won't work with them again. Logan has set the bar when it comes to the process of selling a property. It was an easy, enjoyable experience. I had a piece of land for sale for over a year and a half, and then when I met with Logan to change up agents, he sold it in 10 days for the price that I wanted, I'll never go anywhere else now that I've been spoiled. The Average time on a property to sell in that area was 180 days, this guy hit it out of the park first pitch. I highly recommend and my family is very appreciated.

Logan helped us buy our very first house then sell that house! Then helped us again with our home! He has become more then just realtor to us, he has become family! We recently had a problem with our AC unit and immediately sent a text asking what he can do to help!! I’m sorry but I don’t know any realtors that do this!! As first time home owners, we were lucky to have Logan and Christan helping us list and sell our home. Since we were moving out of state for work, we were concerned about paying both rent in our new apartment and a mortgage on our vacant house.

We had many questions regarding the sales process and time frame, and Logan and his team gave us advice when we asked. Loan's up front market price analysis put our home value higher than what other realtors were estimating. His prediction that the price he quoted should generate offers within 30 days was actualized when we had multiple offers within the first week.

The entire process took less than two months, and we were still getting offers as we were coming to an agreement on our first contract (which ultimately led to a successful sale). After the closing documents were signed, my check was overnighted and I deposited the proceeds into our bank the following day. We couldn't have asked for a better or more helpful agent, and we were very satisfied with his efforts to fight for a sales price that exceeded our expectations and yet everyone was happy with.
