My spouse and I went into the housing market knowing absolutely nothing more than looking at Zillow on random occasions. Lola guided us through the basics and all the bad, good and ugly things that come with buying a home. Thanks to her we never saw any of those bad or ugly things! While we’re sure our cluelessness must have been a difficult thing to maneuver through the complicated process that is buying property, none of this ever slowed her down towards the goal of closing on our very first property! Even in this harsh housing market, with her help we where able to close on a home in less than a year! Something that as far as we knew was close to impossible as new home buyers in this current climate , yet with her help we managed to beat those odds! If you’re feeling skittish and worried on all the planing it can take to buy or sell a property, Lola will definitely ease all of these anxieties. Her professionalism mixed with kindness and attentiveness will make any realty related process a breeze!!!

Lola is amazing and even that is an understatement! She took me in last minute; literally had two days to to plan showing for houses. She did more for me in those two days than my previous real estate agent did in over a month. She’s helped me work around my busy schedule and I couldn’t be more grateful for her! On July 10th I called Crye-Leike feeling completely hopeless about selling my house and they transferred me to their realtor, Lola. I told her that we wanted to sell our house but that I was afraid we were under water with it and wouldn’t be able to sell because we still owed on it and it needed a lot of repairs. From the very start she already had me feeling more confident. She told me not to worry that the seller’s market was at a good place at the time and that she would do some research on the property and area and we could get together in a couple days to discuss everything. A couple days later we met and she presented me with a plan that I never thought would have been possible before I contacted her. She said we would be able to sell the house “as is” and come out of it not owing anything and even leave with something. I felt so relieved. As soon as we got all the necessary papers signed, Lola got right to work. We decided that July 30th would be the day that it would go live on the market. A couple days before it went live Lola told us we already had people interested in the house. The night before it went on the market we were already in a multiple-offers war and by the next day we had already accepted an offer after she did a few showings. We signed all the necessary papers and we agreed that our closing date would be on August 14th. Everything seemed to move so quickly and smoothly. On August 14th we signed our house away and left with our check. We contacted Lola on July 10th and closed on August 14th. That’s only 35 days! Yes, it is a seller’s market but what’s more is that we had the best realtor we could have ever asked for. She was friendly, she always had a smile on her face and made us feel confident and comfortable. She was professional, she did her research and sparred no time at working towards getting the house sold. That house sold as fast as it did because we had the right realtor. We cannot thank Lola enough for going above and beyond. If you need a realtor, choose Lola and she will take good care of you whether you are selling or buying. Thanks again, Lola!
