Lola was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. She received a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Barcelona. In 1998, she moved to the United States where she modeled and studied marketing and fashion in San Francisco prior to beginning work in real estate in 1999.

Lola speaks Spanish and Catalan fluently. She is conversational in Italian and knowledgeable regarding international real estate in Spain and Northern Italy. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the Beverly Hills Association of Realtors.
