Lollie Shankle

Lollie joins Long & Foster as a member of the Meg Traynham Homes Team, bringing with her over 13 years of award-winning experience. She began her real estate career in Northern Virginia, focusing mainly on Loudoun County. There she was regularly recognized as a top producer and honored with multiple company awards. She was also listed as one of the "Top Real Estate Agents" by Washingtonian Magazine. Dedicated to continuing education, Lollie earned her Broker's license in 2015.

Before real estate, Lollie worked for years as a financial analyst and has a retired Certified Public Accountant license from North Carolina. Her firm grasp of numbers, attention to detail and warm personality make her a natural in real estate. The consistent results she produces for her clients are why her business is built primarily on referrals and repeat clients. Close friends since college, Lollie relocated to Richmond to join forces with Meg and apply her years of experience to our growing city. She is also applying her experience to the home she and her husband are currently renovating in Westover Hills.

In Northern Virginia, Lollie enjoyed volunteering at St. James Episcopal Church, Boulder Crest and Sunshine Kids. She looks forward to getting involved in her new community in Richmond. She is currently a member of the Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce, Richmond Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In her free time, Lollie enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends--preferably at the beach!
