Short review: I am thankful Londie and I have crossed paths. She is truly great at her job and I believe it's because she genuinely loves her job and she loves helping people. Londie is honest, funny, understanding, reliable, determined and trustworthy. We are about to hit our one year mark soon and we have not had any issues. Because of Londie we found our beautiful little forever home in an area that I thought was impossible to find because of how competitive it is. She is wonderful to work with and always keeps you in the loop.

Detailed Review: A few people from a Facebook group I’m in referred me to Londie. I looked her up and took a shot with her because she had great reviews. My one year mark owning my first home is around the corner and I still have not had one issue with my home. When I first contacted Londie, I told her I was looking for a home strictly in the Woodbridge area. I was very nervous as this would be my first home, I was pregnant with my second-born child and I was doing everything completely by myself. Londie was really the only support I had as I didn't really have anyone in my corner. I had time to look for a home so during the mean time she informed me about what to do and steps to take before seriously looking into homes. I took her advice and tips and during this downtime, Londie helped me learn more about what I was looking for by sending me listings to get a better understanding of what I was interested in. When it was time to seriously look for homes, Londie drove from Fredericksburg to Woodbridge to help me out. Now, that is a serious drive! She did all that to help me out. We never wasted time when we went to look at the listings. If she saw something that wasn’t right with the house, she would tell me the issue and then explain if it was worth looking into the house or not. I had put offers on two houses but both got rejected. The third time was the charm. I had just gotten off from night shift being 8, almost nine, months pregnant. Londie talked to the agent to get as much information she could about the house and offers that were made. That information helped me make an offer that was reasonable. My offer was then accepted and soon after I was in the hospital giving birth to my son. During my hospital stay (I was there longer than expected because of complications), Londie held it down with all the paperwork and the house inspection. When I finally got out of the hospital, everything was practically done. About two or three weeks later, everything was finalized and I barely did anything. She made it so easy! Londie has a beautiful personality and positive vibes. Anyone looking into her deciding whether or not to go with her, don’t hesitate. Go with her! The reviews on her page are honest and true.

Londie a realtor that will find the home you want not just the one you settled for . The person who will go above and beyond to find answers to your questions no matter what time of day you bug her . She is reassuring and not rushed taking time to let you get a through look at the homes you’ve narrowed down on your list more then once if needed . She finds answers to questions you forgot to ask and makes sure contractors are licensed as well . I could go on for several pages about this realtor but I will close this review with letting you know you can’t go wrong if you have her on your side .

UPDATE 2022
Wow time flies !
Here we were once again needing a realtor to sell our home due to a rapid job transfer .
Two years went by fast and we hated to leave our home but it was a must . Backstory is when we were looking for a home for over 4 years and working with a few realtors we just never found a home we fell in love with and agents became Laxed and then no updates . We finally found Londi Blesi and she was willing to do what it took to find a home we wanted and got us the best deal . Now fast forward to 2022 and we needed a quick sale so we could button up everything and start our next chapter . We trusted Londi and put everything out there with our wants and needs . She didn’t question it she just got to work . she made it happen quickly in fact we had a contract within 24 hours ! From start to finish and as we knew she would be she was by our side all the way . Have you ever had an agent who offered to help you pack or help guide you with another home in another state , I did !
Don’t take my word for it sit down and have coffee with her she is willing to answer any question you have without strings .

This was our second time working with Londie and both times have been amazing. This time around came with a little more challenges but Londie is always up for a challenge. She has always gone above and beyond for us. Londie puts her heart into her work and she is damn good at what she does. Not only was she our realtor but she was our therapist, encourager, teacher, and most importantly our friend. If things got stressful, she did everything possible to ease any and all stress that came our way. The communication never lacked. We spoke morning, night, weekends and holidays. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Londie! From the beginning she was thorough with her questions and finding out our wants and needs. She helped us look at the market at our own pace without being pushy. AND SHE LISTENED TO US! She listened and saw what we needed and was actually the one to find the house we just closed on. She saw that it fit our needs and sent us a link to take a look at, and 32 days later we closed! I was a first time home buyer and she walked me through everything and answered all my dumb questions so patiently and put my mind at ease about everything and without hesitation was ready to help me in any way I needed.

Londie was the perfect agent for us! She embraced my family and made my kids (7 & 5) feel included and important throughout our time with her. Her strategy to sell our house was genius!! 9 offers in one weekend and we were able to get 15K above asking price. Her strategy was so successful that we were able to have enough money to buy our dream home that she also helped us with. While touring several potentials, Londie never made us feel like she was "just trying to make a sale". She walked around the house and examined it as if it were her own. She pointed out items in the house that needed to be fixed or red flags even if it meant that it would deter us from buying the home. Londie is upfront, honest and tells you as it is. When buying or selling a house, you need someone in your corner, someone willing to fight for you and give you all they got.
