Smooth! That’s the best word to describe the process, thanks entirely to Lora and her amazing team, including folks who could “fix” the few issues before we went to market. She stayed in close contact with us throughout the process, always responding to our questions or concerns right away! All in all, we believe all parties involved would say, ultimately, that it was a “good trade.” We closed within 4 weeks of putting the home on the market. If you value ease of transactions, Lora is the agent for you!

Lora is fantastic. I have used her twice to both sell and buy homes. She is very responsive and works hard to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. She gives excellent advice to maximize the value when selling. During the buying process Lora worked diligently with the seller’s agent to resolve a couple issues that arose regarding the home I was trying to purchase. Her efforts made sure that everything stayed on track and I was able to close on my home on the planned date with no hiccups. Thank you for all you have done for me Lora.

Lora has been just fantastic in helping me downsize from a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house to a condo. Before my house even went on the market, she found a buyer for my “as is” house. It was a client of another Remax agent In their office. She has an amazing network of specialists in related fields. When my late husband and I built our house in 2000, we had a door opening put in between the master suite and the adjoining bedroom for a changing room. She found a wonderful handyman who filled in that wall when the time came to sell. Eric, another ReMax agent with a background in selling “as is” houses has been terrific in turning what seemed to be an overwhelming process into a step by step adventure. I not only would recommend Lora, but HAVE recommended her to my sister. Lora is also helping my sister and her husband sell their home now. Buying and selling homes is a complicated business. I highly recommend Lora for your real estate needs.

About a year ago, my parents made the decision to uproot from their home of 48 years. Although they were unsure where they would be relocating. Lora was great to work with! She came into our house and made suggestions on what we should do and what wasn't needed prior to listing out home. It helped us prioritize and tackle items before we listed. Then, she held two open houses back to back and ultimately, this is what sold our home fast. It did not end there. She offered to help us as needed with packing, etc and through all of the closing processes. She was very pleasant and thorough. We are happy she suggested to list it when we did because homes started sitting on market longer. Thank you Lora for all you did. It was a great experience!

Lora Antolik of Re/Max Advantage Plus, Lakeville Minnesota, was the Best choice for helping get my sister’s house sold!
She explained everything that was needed in preparation of the Open House, and also recommended who she uses for her carpeting needs.
Her comps on area houses were Spot On. Her suggestions concerning listing price hit the mark! She had a great videographer set up the pictures for preview and actual listing.
The house was “live” Friday July 13th with Open House the 14th and 15th. There were Seven offers by Sunday night! Number six was the winner!!!

Selling a large home is difficult under the best of circumstances, but can be an insurmountable task when circumstances are difficult.
Lora not only got our asking price, but helped with every stage of the process of selling and moving on. Lora brought teams of people to prepare the house for sale, pack up the household, and onto a moving truck. What’s more, Lora rolled up her sleeves and personally helped with the cleaning, carrying and many other tasks.
