About Lora

Although real estate is a second career for Lora, she brings to it the same tenaciousness and enjoyment as her first successful career in orthopedic medical equipment sales, orthotics, and prosthetics. In 2008 she sold her company Colorado Professional Medical to a national company, Hanger. At that time, they had over $3,500,000 in yearly revenue and five office locations throughout the front range of Colorado. In early 2008 Lora took her initial 50% of her buy-out and invested it in the stock market for her future retirement. Much to her dismay, she watched as it degraded to almost half of its original value! She decided at that point in time that all future pay-outs from the sale of her company would go into buying investment properties. As it turns out, that was one of the best decisions in her life! Fast forward to the present and her husband and she now own and manage eight properties (two of which are in Sarasota, Florida). Lora is delighted to share her experience with clients on how to be a successful investor and to help clients by showing them how to calculate expected returns on properties, while being a resource for new and existing landlords. It brings her great joy to help clients build their long-term wealth by investing in real estate!

Aside from working with investors, Lora has championed working with both buyers and sellers since getting her license in 2014. One of her main goals in being a real estate agent is to help clients purchase their “dream home” under the best possible terms and to get their houses sold in the shortest amount of time. She prides herself in putting her clients in the strongest negotiating position possible and making it convenient and easier for her clients by reducing any surprises on both the buyer and seller side of the transactions.

Lastly, Lora is a creative person with a strong work ethic and strives to do her best to have a positive attitude towards life on a daily basis. On a personal level, she loves being with her family, running, riding bicycles, playing tennis, skiing, hiking and being in the outdoors! She is also an avid reader and love to learn new things!
