Lore Lingner has been a full time, local, real estate professional since 1980 serving the Monterey Peninsula - Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Highlands, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Del Rey Oaks, and the Monterey-Salinas Highway 68 corridor.
Honors
Lore holds several of the real estate industry's most prestigious professional designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and e-Pro.
Personal Information
For her entire professional career, Lore has been involved in some aspect of real estate. She worked for a real estate developer and an architectural land planner. Lore owned her own property management company and worked in the legal field. This experience has given Lore an understanding of real estate from the ground up and helps her to assist her clients in getting the most for their real estate dollar.
Lore attended Northwestern University where she studied accounting and has been a resident of Monterey since 1979.
When not serving her clients, Lore enjoys cooking, gardening, photography and expanding her technology skills.

All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that its members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. Since 1990, she NAR's CRS designation.
