Loren Mostad

Loren Mostad was born and raised in Missoula, growing up in the family business of new home construction. He moved to Billings in 2002 and graduated from Rocky Mountain College with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Feeling that his true calling was in helping others grow, Loren pursued his teaching degree. While actively teaching, he graduated with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Montana State University-Billings.

Loren is an avid Montana Griz fan, and his heart has always been in Missoula. In 2016 he came home to Missoula, joined the Mostad Construction team, and brought along his beautiful wife and best friend Janelle as well as their four-legged ‘kids’ Tyson and Katie.

Their family grew in the spring of 2019 and 2022 with the birth of our two sons and we are proud to be raising him in Western Montana.

Loren is passionate and focused on providing the highest level of customer service. During this pursuit he has had the privilege of serving the Missoula Building Industry Association, from 2017-2019, as a member of the Board of Directors and serve on the Parade of Homes Committee. He was also elected to serve as Board Member with the Missoula Organization of Realtors starting in 2020 for a 3-year term. Working with organizations like the MBIA and MOR provide a learning opportunity but more importantly give Loren a chance to serve the community he loves. He is proud to be working with Mostad Construction Inc. and Windermere Real Estate to help others realize the dream of home ownership in Missoula.
