Selling a house is scary, and buying a house is scary; and if you listen to people and the world around you it is easy to fall into every single negative trap as to why it is not possible or not the right time and that you should wait for the market to improve. These thoughts and ideas can be detrimental to the success of your goals and the growth of yourself and your family. But with Loren on your side, you quickly realize that all of that worry and concern means nothing. We believe that because there’s no other way Loren would have come into our lives when she did. When we met Loren, we had no intention of selling our beautiful gem in Chula Vista. But a few months later, we went to Utah for the first time and fell in love. Have you ever been through a devastating experience and everyone offers to help, but there is really nothing anyone can do to help you through it? In this instance, Loren Sanchez really did make a difference in our darkest time.

To put it all into perspective, my brother, Michael, had met Loren when he moved to San Diego. She made the purchase of his home easy and fun and he told me (his older sister) all about her. Mainly because she made it pretty painless and also because she went above and beyond in keeping in touch etc. Fast forward 3 years and I'm devastated because my brother had suddenly passed away. I'm standing in his house wondering what to do, how to get through the complexity of selling a house that has to go to probate (everyone, no matter how young you are, GET A WILL DONE IMMEDIATELY) from the East coast all while in shock and in deep mourning. I was trying to remember the name of the real estate agent that Michael had repeatedly told me he would use his next time. And voila, just as he had told me, I found her name and card on one of the gifts she continued to send him (even years after they met). Standing in Michael's living room, my husband and I called her and even on such short notice she met with us. You know how busy agents are on the weekends (and especially Loren with how successful she is), but when we called, she immediately REMEMBERED Michael and made a time time to meet with us as soon as possible while we were still in San Diego. This in itself is gold because SHE SHOWED UP right away. Then she shared some of her memories of Michael; we laughed and cried. Then as she spoke with us, it was like she was giving us the oxygen we needed to be able to climb the mountain ahead of us. She calmly, confidently and empathetically led us, assuring us she was familiar with the probate process. She gave us who she had worked with on other probate homes, a fantastic probate lawyer, and the next steps. Then she assured us that she would do it all. And she did. She and her team did everything and also did it with empathy and patience. Once we decided what to take with us, and what to give to Michael's friends, her team assured us that everything else would be donated and not wasted (this was paramount to us). The things that needed to be taken to the dumpster, they made arrangements for that too. This was all a lifesaver for us because although we made a few trips out to San Diego, we couldn't do most of this from Maryland. When it came time to stage the house, set a price and do an open house, all I can say is, do whatever Loren suggests. She truly knows the market and not only did she deliver what she said she expected to happen, she exceeded everything we expected or needed. I cannot express enough how much Loren made such a painful time more bearable, and although I am writing all of this with tears, I can still smile and be so very grateful to Loren and her team. I wholeheartedly endorse Loren, please, do not hesitate to use Loren and her team.

Loren was referred to us by a friend of a friend who is a retired and highly regarded realtor in the Chula Vista Bonita area. He said she is one of the best realtors he knew and recommended her with complete confidence to explore how to proceed with our mother’s home after her passing in October. We did interview another very competent realtor, but we felt a distinct empathy and understanding from Loren. She understood the difficulty of letting go of a family home where memories had been made for over 45 years. This empathy came in to play many times over. As a former realtor myself, I was looking for someone who had a command of the market, was great at communication, was professional and offered the assistance we would need given all three trustees were out of town. Loren was the one who had it all.

Most of all Loren truly listens. She understood showcasing our mothers home as she would have wanted it was very important to us. She took the time to consider it and agreed we should not empty the house, should not stage the house but let the original design and decor so carefully chosen by our mother shine. Loren highlighted all of it, including the love shared in the home, with beautiful photography, videography, brochures, welcoming and refreshment adorned open houses, just as our mother would have welcomed her guests. This meant so much to us. And it paid off with multiple offers and a buyer who equally loved the decor and furnishings for which we are so grateful.

Loren was the 4th realtor I interviewed, but only by chance, as a friend referred her. All relators are enthusiastic and personable and she was no exceptions. All of the realtors valued my property the same; one gave me a laundry list of repairs/upgrades, and two said to sell clean, but as is. Loren advised that that was not a good idea painting and staging was a necessity to get the highest value. However, unlike other realtors, she offered to take care of it for me as part of her service. Not only did she get the outside property and yard in shape, but she painted and facilitated carpet installation, as well as stage the house, which made it look like a million bucks!! She accomplished this in less than 2 weeks from the day I signed the contract. An open house was held over a weekend and by Monday we had 10 offers; 9 well over asking price. I choose one buyer and the sale went through to close of escrow in 3 weeks!! She and her team were fantastic to work with, always available and responsive to answer all my questions. She is the best agent in the Southbay!!

Where can I start with what Loren has done for my family and I? I usually don’t write reviews for anything, but this is one of those times where I feel that it’s worth sharing my overall experience with something.

To say that Loren Sanchez and her team did an amazing job would be a huge understatement. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process of selling my current home and finding my future one.

From the very beginning everything was easy, professional and exceeded all of my expectations. The entire team made sure that my old home was in the perfect shape in order to attract potential buyers and to maximize the overall value. They did a great job of giving me suggestions on how my house should look in order for it to hit the market. A professional photographer came out to take photos and they really made my home look incredible. Within hours of my home being listed we already had a ton of interested people and a lot of scheduled times to see my house. All of that was because of the time and effort that was taken to make sure that my home was ready to be listed. I received offers for my home within days of the listing. It took less then a week for an offer to get accepted and it was much higher then it was listed for!!! I never thought that my home would have sold for what it did.

The next step was finding the right place to call my future home. From the beginning I told them what criteria I was looking for in a home, and they went above and beyond to find the right potential matches for me. They always accommodated my schedule for every single part of the process. I was getting listings of homes daily, and any time I wanted to go look at homes they made sure to schedule appointments that fit my availability. They weren’t just showing me homes for the sake of showing me homes, they wanted to make sure that it was something that fit my needs and that was realistically in my desired budget. In the end Loren found a house that was PERFECT for me. They found a home that I never would have imagined I would live in.

Normally the process of either buying or selling a home, let alone both, would be pretty stressful, but with Loren and her team, this entire process was a great experience. If I ever had any questions, and believe me I had tons of questions, someone from her team always either had the answer right away, or took the time to find out for me. Their level of professionalism, their kindness, the wealth of knowledge that they have, and overall everything that was done to satisfy my needs was more then I could have ever asked for. Loren and her team have gained a client for life. There’s no way any of this would have been possible without them. I’ll never be able to thank them enough.

Since the moment we met Loren we were so excited to start the process of selling and buying. I can say that Loren knew exactly what she was doing.
