My fiancée and I had a great experience buying and selling through Loren Tennent and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to sell and buy or just one or the other.
We had two homes to sell and one to buy to blend our families. Loren steered us towards his ideas and approach based on the current market trends. We were pleased that we were able to sell both homes above our target and were able to secure the purchase of the new home within a reasonable budget for us. His approach worked wonders for us and he was incredibly receptive to our goals and desires in our purchase negotiations.
He is incredibly patient when it comes to securing the right find for his clients and when it came time to list and sell he worked with precision to make both homes look immaculate. He ever got both houses listed and under contract within 3-4 days, one over the Christmas holiday!

Working with Loren was fantastic. As first time home buyers, new to the area, in a very competitive market, - we were nervous and we needed an expert. Loren was just what we needed and was helpful in so many different ways. He is knowledgeable about houses from a structural perspective to make sure you know what you are buying. He is quick and responsive, while keeping a close eye on the entire Seacoast market as to know what opportunities and corresponding offer/sale strategy will work best. He made us feel comfortable throughout the process, and also helped us secure our dream home at the right price.
