Lorena is a wonderful realtor. She helped us navigate the hot home-buying market to get the house of our dreams and was extremely responsive to every one of our requests/questions, day or night. If she wasn't available to meet us in person for a showing, which was rare, she immediately put us in contact with someone else in her office so there were no delays at any point in the process. She was extremely competent and clearly knows her stuff. As first time homebuyers AND moving to Texas from out of state, her knowledge and expertise was invaluable to us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

Lorena was an absolute pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She really understood what I was looking for in purchasing a home and I found "the one" the very first day we went looking. Lorena made the process of buying and building a new home so enjoyable! I would have made quite a few mistakes if it weren't for her guidance. Lorena was recommended to me by a co-worker when my wife and I were relocating to Dallas from Chicago. From the 1st moment I contacted her to the closing, she was extremely responsive, always available for questions and very helpful. After asking a few questions about what we were looking for, she knew exactly the neighborhood we wanted and we found the house we wanted in just one day.

We bought a spec home in the Tribute and she guided us through the process with the builder and kept in constant contact throughout the 4 month process always checking in to make sure things went smoothly. When we had some hiccups with the builder, she got involved and got them resolved for us and on closing day when the finance company made a mistake, she got on the phone with the VP and got it rectified in 15 minutes while we were at the closing table. While it's common for a realtor to drop off a plant, a bottle of wine or some other house warming gift after closing, Lorena actually listened to a comment we had made about how our house would have a beach theme inside and had a custom made coat rack for our wall with our family name on it that looked like it belonged on a beach.

Lorena doesn't do what she does because it is her job, she genuinely cares about her clients and really wants to make sure they are happy with their purchase. While I used her to buy a house, I have no doubt that her knowledge, passion and client concern would show up in selling your house as well. Give her a call and you will see what I mean.
