FYI, this iwas my mother's experience working with Mrs. McNally on my grandmother's estate:
It was a pleasure working with Loretta McNally to sell a piece of land that was a part of my late mother's estate. I live out of state, so the estate lawyers recommended Loretta. She called, and we clicked over the phone. She handled the entire process very professionally. She went out of the way to contact the potential buyers and worked with them and me to ensure the deal went through. Once we all signed the purchase agreement, the closing was very smooth. It was a weight off of my shoulders to have this settled. I appreciate all the work Loretta did, and I would work with her again. - Ida F.

Loretta helped us buy our first home . She listened, was patient and knows everything about homebuying. Because she is so knowledgeable, she looked at things in houses i never thought to look at. Water heaters, electrical panels, sump pumps, roof age, visual signs of termites, everything. her experience and knowledge shows.

Loretta's level of patience is daggon near sainthood. Working with a couple who tastes are exactly the same and with differing ideas of where to live could not have been easy and I know she was crazy busy, but she always made us feel like we were her only clients.

I cannot recommend her enough.
