Loretta Witt and her team are the best of the best. With a thorough knowledge of the intricacies of the market, decades of involvement and commitment to the city of Philadelphia, and a presence that is calm, reassuring, and strong, we have always felt in great hands. No one is better connected to the NW Philadelphia community than she is. People know her and greet her warmly on every block.

We have bought and sold several houses with Loretta over the years and have recommended her to many friends. From pricing our home for sale to negotiation and settlement of our new home, our representation has always been top notch and right on target. Whenever we are asked who represents us in real estate and we mention her name, the response is inevitably, “well, you can’t do better than that!” How true.
