Upon signing the contract Lori took charge, she kept us up to date with weekly reports and a report each time the home was shown.

Any questions or issues were immediately resolved with a smile. Lori is a gregarious, friendly and a very can- do lady.

Overall my experience on this business is stellar. There is always a personal touch and elegance in each action and each step of the way. Lori was amazing to work with! When repairs needed to be done to our house, Lori had the contacts to get it done quickly - even in this time of crazy busy contractors. We did back-to-back closings (sell in the AM, buy in the PM) that went off without a hitch. When looking for a new home, Lori's contractor background gave us a different perspective and ideas for future uses of space.

Lori Fountain Bales ROCKS!!! My husband and I just moved to Winchester from Maine and Lori was our realtor. From the very first day we contacted her, she ALWAYS responded quickly and answered all the questions that we had in a timely manner. Lori has lived in the Winchester area for many years, so her knowledge of the area is invaluable. She has been so helpful in recommending trustworthy contractors for painting, cleaning and home repairs.....which is so helpful when moving to an area where you don't know anyone! Lori helped my fiancé and I find a home for a whole month, a process that we struggled with alone while moving from NYC to Winchester. While we stayed in hotels and air bnbs, and checked different real estate websites constantly, we felt Lori’s undivided attention and support; whenever we spoke with her, her concern felt genuine. The night the house we wanted popped onto the market, Lori acted quickly and was already submitting our application and in contact with the listing agent. She kindly took the time to meet with us on a Sunday morning to view the house- a day businesses are usually closed! Lori was the most patient, careful, and dedicated realtor I could have asked for. She showed me multiple properties over several months, offering her contractor’s eye on the ability to improve and update the various options as needed. She stuck with me through changes to my budget, and offered invaluable advice on how to make an offer that would be accepted. When we had difficulties with the title search, Lori was calm and extremely giving of her time and expertise as we nailed down everything needed to close.
