We worked with Lori for over a year while our new home was in the process of being built. She found a wonderful retirement community for us that was fairly new and still had choice lots available. We were living out of state and would come to Delaware for periodic checks on progress. Lori was right there at the beginning when we wrote our contract with the builder, when they put our stakes in the ground, when the house was framed with no walls, and she was there when we did our final walk-through on the day of settlement. It was really daunting to do a walk-through on a new home having to sign off on so many items, and Lori had our backs as far as guiding what we should look for. It was such a comfort and joy to work with a real professional like Lori to purchase a newly constructed home. My husband and I give 4 thumbs up!

Two weeks from the day we first met with Lori at Patterson Swartz, our home was on the market and sold within one day with multiple offers over the asking price. Lori’s idea to have aerial photos taken to showcase our pool and my husband’s awesome landscaping generated the interest that led to the swift sale of our home.

When a few items had to be corrected for the buyer, Lori was there with the names/numbers of the appropriate contractors that remedied the problems within two weeks to the satisfaction of the buyer at a reasonable price. Settlement went off without a hitch.

We needed to sell our home quickly and after doing our research we decided to use Lori as our real estate agent. Lori was able to provide valuable advice in staging and a readying our house for sale. She provided valuable insight in help determining a fair listing price. She held an open house on a Sunday in which we had more prospective buyers than we could imagine. As a result, we accepted one of two offers on the next day. Lori was also instrumental in aiding in the closing process which took less than 45 days. I highly recommend Lori based on her knowledge of the local real estate market.
