Amazing customer service. Lori Galarza, agent/owner of Re/Max Central Las Vegas, has proven to be the best realtor we’ve encountered in our multiple home sales experiences. Besides being accessible and responsive, she referred us to trusted resources for needed repairs to optimize the sales of the two homes we had on the market. As a performance proven agent, Lori demonstrated an almost superhuman ability to multitask, tending to many of the issues that we, ourselves, could not address in a timely manner. Her guidance through each step of the sales process was invaluable. Lori came highly recommended from a friend, and for that we are truly grateful.

Lori is simply outstanding. I was referred to her by a local real estate professional her in Southern California when I needed help in a tenuous real estate transaction for my mother in Henderson. From the get go she was compassionate, professional, honest, and totally transparent with me.

At no time did I question my decision to retain her or did I feel shaky about the transaction. To say she went above and beyond sales transaction would be an understatement. The "extra" care she took with me along with random stuff like visiting the house every few days just to check on is incredible. She was always able to communicate any issues and more importantly able to resolve any hiccups for me without hassling me in a quick manner. Not being local, but being keyed into everything every step of the way, put me at ease with a long distance transaction.

I can tell she genuinely cares about her profession, and her clients Frankly, you would be foolish to NOT use her!

Simply the BEST! Professional and extremely knowledgeable. At every turn of the road Lori was there: helping with the eviction process, coordinating with probate lawyers, all while facilitating the norm of posting, finding a buyer and selling the home. She knew every step in the process and so was there to clarify what was going on with the estate sales while I was in another state. Thank you Lori. I don't know what I would have done without you!

As an out of town seller, I randomly picked a realtor and could not have been luckier. She dealt with this entire situation with professionalism, expertise, empathy, kindness and dedication. She is very hard working and meticulous. Above and beyond what one would expect.

It was an inexpensive condo with numerous problems, one that would not be a high commission sale. But she took on the project and managed the complexity as if it were a million dollar listing.

Lori is a perfect example of everything a realtor should be. From our first conversation until well after the property closed Lori was always easy to reach. It never took her more than a few minutes to return my phone calls, text or emails.

The sale was a cash sale and somehow she pulled it all together so that it closed within the ten day time frame that the buyers requested.

Lori is a shining star and the world needs more people like her. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for managing, what could have been a very stressful transaction. It ended up being the least stressful real estate transactions I’ve ever had.

I researched Lori Galarza on the internet. She has had high praise for her work as a realtor and I admire that she has obtained a brokerage of her own. Working with Lori was an effortless and pleasant experience. Even though the world was in the lock down Covid-19 restrictions mode, she showed me every home I wanted to see and managed to maintain safe conditions. Lori went above and beyond to assist me in finding the home of my dreams at the price which was fair and within my budget. Once I found the home I wanted, she researched for me costs and possible contractors for various upgrades without my asking. She is very generous with her time and expertise. I could not have asked for a more competent and enjoyable realtor. Lori reports that she loves her work and it shows.
