About Lori
Lori understands that the real estate world is constantly changing. This requires her to hone her negotiation and technology skills, because she is determined to achieve the best outcome for her clients no matter the circumstances. Every transaction comes with new experiences and opportunities to gain experience, and with over 25 years of real estate experience, Lori has plenty of lessons to utilize! Among her coworkers, Lori is known for her extensive knowledge. She specializes in residential real estate, condominiums, multi-family homes, and 55+ communities.
Lori grew up in the real estate world. Her parents sold real estate and later owned an office in Puyallup, and Lori was often exposed to the business, whether that be at the dinner table or on family vacations! At 15 she started working in the office, and at 18 she became a real estate agent. After selling real estate for a few years Lori diverged from the market to pursue other career paths, including therapy and an online nutritional business. In 2000 her parents asked her to return to real estate amidst a fast and aggressive market. She passed the test again and has not looked back!
Lori’s passion for homes manifests through her love for interior design and remodeling. She is also interested in fine art, Christian music concerts, cruising, and traveling. Lori is a World Vision sponsor of a child in Peru, and she financially sponsored a music room at a new school in Cuba. She attended the inauguration in November 2022!

This was the absolute best and most seamless process imaginable with Lori. She made buying a house something enjoyable instead of an additional stress or mountain to overcome. We are so pleased with our new home and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Also, if you're not having luck with your current realtor and you think that you may want to make the switch... DO IT!

If you’re in the market to buy or sell a home and are lucky enough to come across this assessment your choices are simple:
If you enjoy selling your house quickly and for its maximum value, hire Lori.
If you enjoy having your offers accepted and paying way less to buy your house, hire Lori.
If you like having your house sit on the market for 3 months hire a new person with no experience.
If like having your offers passed over and paying more than the house will appraise for, hire a new person with no experience.
Good luck everyone!

I couldn't imagine having a different agent. Lori always makes the buying/selling experience so wonderful. There is never any stress and she can always answer any question you have. She has been there since day one when we bought our first house, to now selling and buying our second home! It's always a blast going to look at houses with her and she always gives her honest opinion which is something I highly value. She fights as hard as possible to get you the home you want and does whatever it takes to make it happen. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking to buy or sell without hesitation. Even if you weren't sure if you were ready, she's the best person to go for questions or advice on how to get where you want to be. Her expertise in real estate is above and beyond anyone I've ever talked to in the field. Thank you so much for everything you do Lori!!!
