With all of the recent media attention on the industry, it is important to differentiate true professionals from the mass of other so called "realtors". With Lori's background and education, she could have chose any path for her career, but I feel fortunate that representing buyers and sellers was her choice. Technology has provided us with so many tools to ensure we as buyers/sellers can remain educated. But without Lori, I do not believe we would have received as much as we did when selling our home, and I being aligned with her team is the ONLY reason we were able to secure the exact home we wanted in a HIGHLY competitive environment. Lori comes with a team! There is never a time when you are alone, and even for last minute needs one of her tenured team members was there to assist a moments notice. Lori Johanneson has been both an effective and pleasant Real Estate Broker who has delivered. We signed up with her on May 19, 2024 to sell our home in North Naperville. And, we had a buyer/seller approved sale contract on June 3rd, 2024. Of course, the actual closing took a few more weeks, but at that time, the attorney is mostly involved rather than the agent.

A lot happens between signing up and the sale, which is where Lori came through. She had an already organized team: Stager to give us very specific updates to the home. There was also a person exclusively managing the scheduled interactions with both her team and potential buyer showings, including the Open House. They use a easy to use phone based app. Above all, Lori was only a phone call away to guide us and answer our questions. Team effort to get through the hectic few weeks.

I would recommend Lori to list a house based our positive experience. I feel she would bring similar skills to the table if you wanted to buy a house too.

When my husband and I decided to take a risk in this market and sell our home we had outgrown and find our forever family home we were hesitant to say the least. Danielle assisted me and my fiancé in the home buying process from start to finish. We were first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market for buyers. Despite these circumstances, Danielle made the process of buying our dream home as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
Danielle has extensive knowledge of Naperville and its surrounding areas. Being from out of state, we had never been to Wheaton before Danielle suggested that we might like it. We are so glad that she did because we fell in love with the area!
Danielle is not only a pleasure to be around, she is a fantastic realtor. She was incredibly responsive, and she made us feel like we were her only client. I had the pleasure of working with Danielle (Lori's team) through the home buying process. My wife and I were new to this process and contacted multiple agents to look for a home suitable for us. We were introduced to Lori and her team by a family member, and we are so glad we were! We were in a terrible situation with building a home, and had already sold our condo in the city--so we were living in temp housing with our new baby.

She and her team guided us through every step and really listened to what we were looking for. Every single showing that Mary and Lori accompanied us to, was great. They knew the neighborhood, history of the home, and all of the details we were curious about as buyers in an area we were unfamiliar with.

Lori knows the local market better than any local realtor, and actively marketed our home through a variety of channels.
