As a 20+ year resident of Lake Oswego, she has advanced knowledge of the area's best neighborhoods and amenities-important to families relocating to Portland and the surrounding areas. When listing a home, she employs all of the latest marketing techniques to attract motivated and qualified buyers. And when it comes to the closing table, Lori is a strong negotiator.
Lori Livesay holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Her studies helped shape a strong understanding of human behavior and motivation-a talent that benefits her clients today. Her interest in real estate started in her early twenties when she purchased her first home just out of college. When it came time to move, she used her skills and instincts to make marketable improvements, set a competitive price and ultimately sell at that asking price. She continued to successfully buy and sell personal properties for several years before deciding to pursue a career helping others do the same.
Lori's professional experience also includes work as actress, model, fashion designer, caterer, retail merchandiser and owner of several small businesses. She is a mother of two with three grandchildren. Her commitment to community and Oregonian roots runs deep. Lori's family tree includes late Oregon Governor Robert D. Holmes, famous for championing fairness and equality for all Oregon state citizens. When she's not working, Lori Livesay volunteers for Boys and Girls Aid and Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts. She is a competitive tennis player and supporter of Portland's after-school tennis programs. Lori also enjoys golf, skiing, travel, gardening, photography, outdoor concerts and adventure.
