Since first moving to Florida in 1996, Northern Palm Beach County has long been Lori’s home and true passion. She has witnessed growth and development over the years and has embraced the opportunity to be involved with the community. Since 1996, Lori has been involved with marketing properties in excess of 100 Million in South Florida. Her professional success and expertise have been recognized by South Florida Developers from the Treasure Coast through Southern Palm Beach County. Lori’s reputation for providing superior marketing has rapidly grown and today, McAlear is a trusted advisor to many of the builders and developers operating in South Florida.
With her strong Marketing Expertise and Service-Oriented background, Lori was recruited by the Luxury Home Division of Illustrated Properties Corporate office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Prior to her Real Estate Career, Lori spent years working at the world's largest advertising agency, J.Walter Thompson in Michigan. Honing her marketing skills, She was recognized for her efforts and become the youngest VP in the company’s history. In 1996, she moved to South Florida with her husband, Tim. They purchased an advertising agency and become entrenched in the South Florida Real Estate Market. Lori and her husband sold the advertising agency in 2002, spent a year boating and in 2003, Lori becomes VP of Sales and Selections for Northstar Homes, a private builder/developer who was her former client at the agency. As the Builder ran out of available land to develop, Lori began consulting with other builders in the area completing Business Plans, Marketing Plans, Sales center setup, and Sales personnel supervision. With a strong business background, McAlear’s biggest reward still comes when working directly with those selling or purchasing homes.
When handling real estate needs for her discerning clients, McAlear is dedicated to providing the most efficient marketing programs, unparalleled professionalism, knowledge and, an inherent business sense. Coupled with her strong negotiation skills, she quickly becomes a close ally to the buyer or seller looking for a seamless, rewarding real estate experience. She understands that her role is to maximize the profit gains for her clients.
McAlear is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Regional Association of the Palm Beaches MLS. She lives in Palm Beach Gardens and she and her husband enjoy boating, golfing and, generally enjoying the South Florida lifestyle that we all seem to come here for.
