Lori Mode and her team at Keller Williams are the best. We recommend them highly and without reservation. In 2015, Lori sold my house in 8 weeks and at 3% over the list price. The profit provided the cash to fully pay for the condo she had found for me. The condo was listed 20K below the comps she had collected. In 2016, Lori sold the condo and purchased our new home. Profits from the condo sale paid the down payment on the house. The house was selling for 50K below its estimated appraisal. In 2016, Lori helped my partner, Tina, sell her home in a short sale. Dealing with BofA, a previously unknown lien and extensive dry rot repair made for a very difficult and complicated process. Lori and her team stuck to it and never gave up. Having started in February, the short sale closed in October. Thank you Lori and your amazing Keller Williams team.

Lori and Corey recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Lori was recommended to us by a coworker/friend of my husband's, who could not say enough good things about his experience working with Lori and her team. We spoke to Lori already pre-approved and with some key things that were important to us in our future home. She took note of it and added us to receive listings, often before hitting the market, on properties with the things that were important to us, all within our budget. As I mentioned, this is our first home and Lori provided us with incredible guidance and support through this process. When it was time to sell my house, Lori Mode was highly recommended by close friends. And they were correct, Lori talked with me & helped me make a plan. Within a month, with much help from Lori, my house was on the market. We had an offer in 9 days. The buyers wanted a quick sale & had a lot of last minute demands. Lori represented me fairly, kindly & accurately. I appreciated her expertise & patience with me & the new buyers. The entire process was completed in about 6 weeks. The first meeting I scheduled with Lori Mode at Keller Williams took place across from each other at my kitchen table. I had expressed high hopes of selling my property by the end of 2021 even though we were late in the year with Halloween , Thanksgiving and Christmas fast approaching. Knowing this I still asked Lori, " Think we can pull it off in a month or two?". Her eyes rolled back and she gave a very gentle but not too affirmative response and suggested she would do her best and try for the end of the year as our goal. This house was not a standard size and would need certain clientele to be interested in it and to be qualified to purchase it. The FOR SALE sign went up near the end of October and the first week in November Lori did a showing with an interested party and later that evening I received (and accepted!) their offer to buy! Lori Mode is the Realtor to sell/buy real estate with, and her two associates Corey and Ashley make this the Dream Team!

The whole purchasing process was very smooth and seamless. Being first time home buyers, we weren't aware of all the nuances along the way but we were in great hands and never had any worries or guesses about what to do next. When Lori takes you on as a client, you feel as though you are her only client. She is always available to discuss any questions
that may arise and if she doesn't have the answer, she won't stop until she figures it out. I don't think there is anything Lori could have done better. Danny was also super patient with us for about a year while we were getting ready to buy. He set us up with an online portal to look at houses and sort them by what we liked. He is extremly knowledgeable of the greater Sacramento area, and made my first home buying experience as enjoyable and painless as possible.
