Hello! I'm Lori, a targeted agent specializing in properties in NW Tucson (Dove Mountain, Oro Valley, etc…)

I’m a member of a real estate team, that was formed in January, 2024… The Agave Group-Tucson at Tierra Antigua Realty.

I became a real estate agent for the simple reason that my company, Dove Mountain Home Watch Services, was receiving numerous requests from our existing client base ( 70+ snowbirds and residents ) to list and sell their homes. These clients often mentioned our outstanding service and attention to detail as the reason they wanted me and my business partner, Venisa Reyna (also a Tierra Antigua agent), to help sell their homes.

Personally, I'm a single mom (empty nester of one-year) with three lovely adult children (and one new granddaughter!!). They all live in separate states (countries!), and yet we're still very close! (Oh the airfare budget!)

Historically, I've spent 30+ years in the biotech industry, contributing to and managing the sales team for various companies. I've sold software, robotics and service contracts to senior level executives on the highest profile of projects. I've volunteered/served on various boards and committees for my church, local and national politics, cancer research affiliations, etc...

I play a lot of tennis/pickleball (Gallery/Ritz/Highlands of Dove Mountain Member!), attempt to hike (scared to death of snakes) and you can find me on the dance floor enjoying live local music as much as I can!

Venisa Reyna - A native Tusconan with 16+ years of real estate experience. Venisa has a history of entrepreneurship - proprietor of several local small businesses -Sweet Repeats Children's Resale Boutique, West Ajo Feed, Desert Vaquera and most recently Dove Mountain Home Watch Services. She brings outstanding service and attention to detail to the team!

Kimberly Leister - Kimberly brings resourcefulness and creativity, skills she has honed through her 18+ years of owning a small business. Her transparency, honesty and people-first attitude has catapulted her to the top of the real estate game both locally and on a national level.

Valerie Leon, a Tucson native, brings 17 years of experience to the group, with a heavy emphasis on working with investors. 
Building long lasting relationships is very important to Valerie. She strives for excellent communication, attention to detail, and integrity in every transaction. In her free time you can find Valerie at any and all University of Arizona games!
