Lori is good people. She knows her stuff inside and out. She made me and my significant other (we don’t like being around most people; and certainly hate walking through the homes of strangers) comfortable looking around other people’s homes. She wasn’t pushy and she truly leaned into finding OUR house for us. I’d give her 10/5 stars if possible. She is going to find you your home. And she’s going to crush it.

Lori was an absolute rock star. She represented our interests assertively, understood our priorities, acted quickly when a promising option hit the market, and gave us solid advice at every step (including telling us we were offering more than she thought was necessary to get the house we bought, saving us thousands). We never doubted that she was doing everything she could to help us get the outcome we wanted. And on top of her professional excellence, she's also a genuinely good person we are glad to know.

I highly recommend Lori Pennell. With Lori, you get a very dedicated, honest and hard working agent. I was super impressed by her knowledge of real estate transactions. She immediately detected something a bit improper with a document submitted to her and got it fixed quickly. She priced my home perfectly so that it would not sell low nor gets stale by sitting on the market.

Lori is a fantastic realtor that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to buy in the Sacramento region! She was incredibly on top of things, helping us find potential properties that fit our wishes immediately when they listed - giving us the opportunity to get in to see the property and ultimately place on offer before many others even knew it was on the market. This ultimately helped us get the perfect investment property for us, without the hassle of a bidding war (our offer was in and accepted within just a couple of days of the listing, shortly after ours was accepted several back up offers for higher amounts rolled in but we had secured our bid). I also highly value her advice, from what is a competitive offer to place to which properties really aren't worth it! Highly enjoyed working with Lori and am completely satisfied with her work!

Lori was amazing in helping us sell our home. We ran into a complex issue involving our sewer system and needed to get an easement with our neighbor before we could finalize the sale. Lori navigated the challenging situation with professionalism and tenacity. Honestly I don't know how we could have closed without her. She guided us through every obstacle with a great attitude, expertise, and a willingness to problem solve. I also really appreciate her impeccable ethics and commitment to transparency. She made the process clear and seamless, despite the many roadblocks that came up that none of us could have foreseen. On top of the complications with our property, the buyer's real estate agent was a challenge to work with but Lori handled her with grace and professionalism. I felt like we had an advocate and expert every step of the way. She really went above and beyond, I cannot recommend Lori enough. Especially if you've never sold a home before, you want Lori's friendly, professional, tireless services. We finally closed on our home today and I couldn't be happier!

Oh, where do I start? I've never considered myself home owner material. I came into this experience with wide eyed wonderment. I saw each house emotionally, loving this or that and not really thinking, just feeling. Buying a house alone meant I didn't really have a partner for counter balance.
Lori brought the other side to the conversation. We would leave one house and go to another. Then Lori would say something like, "Well Tanner, this house has all new windows and the roof looks newer than the last house. The square footage is about the same..." She was teaching me how to shop for a house and making sure my final decision was a balanced one. I never had to worry that she would sell me a house just for the commission. More than once she hit the pressure release valve by reminding me that I didn't have to buy any of the houses we'd seen. My self imposed hurry was not real. My rental was month to month and the market was getting less competitive.
I found my house hunting partner in Lori Pennell. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

We met Lori at an open house and just loved the way the we were greeted, our questions answered and shown the house. We knew that Lori was going to be the realtor to find the house we were looking for. We contacted Lori the next day and just like that we were making an offer on what will be our last home buy. Our plans were to find the right size house, close to the grandkids, and with a price that fit our budget. Lori was super in recommending reasonable and honest inspections, very active in working with our mortgage company, and smoothly getting us to closing.

Lori did a super job in getting us into our new home and giving a five star rating was easy. If you are looking for an awesome realtor, we highly recommend Lori Pennell, and you won’t be disappointed.

Lori was an absolute pleasure to work with for our search to find a new home in Sacramento. She really took the time to get to know us as a family and understand exactly what we were looking for in a property. She also made sure to understand our baseline knowledge and previous experience with purchasing homes on the east coast and tailored her approach to fit our needs. If you’re looking for a realtor to work with, look no further. Lori is the best! When selling our home, we had contacted other realtors, but decided to go with Lori because she’s hard working, professional, and frankly, she just takes care of business. She is so good at her job. She scheduled the roof inspection, pest inspection, paid for a professional photographer, scheduled the cleaners, and made the process seamless with all of her knowledge and commitment to selling our home. She really is working for you and with you. She is an excellent communicator, thoroughly explains everything, and actually picks up her phone when you call. She’s flexible and will FaceTime you, text and even take phone calls past 9pm. She is no push over; she’ll represent you well and play hard ball if needed. She will not disappoint. I had the best experience with Lori, I was referred to her by another realtor who worked part time only and I needed someone who was more available.
Being a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect, Lori did a great job on educating me around the various nitty gritty of it all. Lori was extremely patient in answering my questions, she is very knowledgeable and experienced around the various stages of home buying.
Lori was always very responsive and hard working, at times I would get an email or txt really early in the morning and late at night. She made me feel like I was her #1, only client. It was truly a fun,great experience. We were able to get from offer, to close fairly quickly within approximately 3 weeks!
Overall I highly recommend Lori Pennell for your real estate needs.
