It was quite a journey, but with the help of our Lord and Era Key realty services (Alex) we’re now proud homeowners.

I have nothing but good things to say about Lori and her team.
Lori is a local real estate agent in Wilmington and the surrounding areas and her knowledge of the market was spot on. Everything from the beginning to the end of the process went smoothly.
They did a great job helping set the price, the marketing material, staging suggestions, and getting house prepped for the open houses. The listing pictures were awesome as was the other pictures of the house that they showed at the open house of what it looked like when it was spring and summer which gave the buyers a much better idea of the landscaping because it was still winter/early spring when we sold.
We were constantly updated with offers and Lori arranged a lot of the final details for the closing and getting utilities taken care of and closed out the day we closed on the house.
I highly recommend Lori and her team no matter what size property you have as she will get the job done for you.

What a great experience I had working with Lori and Tim from Team Blue for my new home. I am not going to lie, it was a huge roller coaster at first because my family had ambitious housing goals for such a short period of time for relocating to MA. I like to think we got lucky to get the house we wanted, but also Lori and her team were so patient and so ready to help us when we needed that I am confident their preparation met the right opportunity. When working with us on virtual tours initially there were some challenges but the team was receptive to us and quickly adjusted; then, every other tour was better. We also received great recommendations from Lori and Tim about the towns we were looking at. I particularly liked Tim's attention to detail when giving us virtual tours. He always pointed out key things for us about the house, such as any repairs he could see may be needed. I can name many reasons why I would recommend Team Blue. Thank you all for helping my family find our new home!

Tatum was awesome to work with. I was in a situation where timing dictated I find a place to live and put in an offer without even being able to first see it in person. Throughout the whole process Tatum stepped me through it, working with my lender and estate lawyer. The whole process went very smooth and it was due to all of her hard work and attention to detail.
