Integrity in the business world is often hard to find. Our daughter bought a house with Lori. Our daughter vouched for Lori. That was a good enough endorsement for me. Lori has proven that assessment to be correct. I find her advice to be solid and insightful.

When my husband and I started looking for a house, we were a little freaked out about the whole thing. We decided to go with Lori, as we had heard that she was great. We are so glad we did! She is a pleasure to work with and even provided is with a moving truck free of charge for out moving days.
Lori went above and beyond to get us the very best deal. We found a house we loved, but the seller's agent was.... Not Lori. He was pretty unprofessional and have us a lot of incorrect information. Lori was responsive and sought to answer every question we asked.
The other agent was no proactive in getting all the authorizations for repairs, solar stuff, etc. Lori took care of all the details and made sure everything went smoothly. She wrangled all the information we needed, and then some. Lori basically did the work of both agents, and was able to push the process through. She is organized, efficient, and most of all patient. She also does not sugar coat anything, and will tell you what you can really expect, and really helps you identify what you need and want.

My husband and I worked with Lori on finding an investment property in Davis. I can say hands down that she was amazing. We've worked with numerous agents in the past and she is the best. She got us a really quick close, helped us negotiate a great price, line up financing, and post sale has helped us find a contractor to do work on the property and even dropped off a smoke detector for our tenants. I'd highly recommend Lori.

I worked with Melanie while searching for a home in Davis and I cannot say enough good things about her or her team. She was informative, accommodating, and just an overall pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and was not always decisive about what I was looking for in a home.
