My boyfriend and I started on our first home buying experience in July 2021. This was possibly the worst time to try and buy a house. Houses would hit the market, and within hours they would have half a dozen offers, all far over our budget. We toured close to 50 homes. Put offers in on 3. Had 2 accepted. 1, we pulled out after the inspection, but, in December of 2021, we finally went to closing! As stressful as home buying is, Lori was great. She took the time to really get to know what we wanted and didn't want. We never felt pressured to move forward with something we didn't feel comfortable with. I know I can be difficult to work with, but, Lori never made me feel like I was being unreasonable. When we had concerns, she genuinely listened, and would come up with a better recommendation. I love that Lori also actively takes time to learn about the area you are interested in. We were looking in places, most, probably would not consider. Lori took the time to research and give us useful information that helped us make this decision to move forward. We've lived in our new home for 5 months already, and I'm so happy with our decision. Thank you Lori!
