We contacted Lori in the spring when the prospect of a move came up. It was a cold call but she sent us some good information, but also kept up with us and our move. When we headed to CLT to house hunt, she had a number of good leads for us, and kept after not just the hunt but all details of the purchase. Great lead on an lender, and plenty of ideas for services. This gal is the total package. Thanks Lori!

She has been patient with us as we toured many homes before we found the right one. Also, she was able to work about my busy, crazy hours at work. Thanks again Lori! Lori Schilkowski has been so much more to us than just someone who helped us buy a house. She has been our realtor and a friend and someone to lean (and cry) on since August. It has been an intense journey that I didn't know if we would ever get through. Any difficulty, every roadblock, the hundreds of houses we looked at, Lori has handled. There was no problem she couldn't solve! The super-hero of problem-solving! No kidding. She looked at a hurdle like a puzzle she had to solve, and she was brilliant at it.

She is AMAZING!! I would reccomend to anyone, she went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. She made our experience buying our first house as easy and as fast as possible. She was able to answer any and every question I had throughout the whole home buying process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and did an excellent job of making the process the least bit stressful for me.
