With over 24 years in real estate and more than 334 homes sold across Sanibel, Captiva, and Southwest Florida, I bring a proven record of results and a personal, client-first approach to every transaction. My path to real estate was shaped by a diverse background in education, coaching, and hospitality leadership. Before earning my Georgia Real Estate License in 2001, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, coached field hockey and lacrosse, and taught adaptive PE. Later, I advanced through leadership roles in the restaurant industry, from Manager to Area Director with Houlihan’s Restaurants and ultimately Director of Training for a new national concept. Those years instilled in me the skills I still use today: clear communication, careful planning, and unwavering commitment to service. After expanding my real estate credentials to Florida in 2009, I relocated full-time to Sanibel Island, where I was soon invited to serve as Broker of Record for my current firm. In this role, I’ve not only represented buyers and sellers but also overseen compliance, operations, budgeting, and team growth to ensure that our brokerage consistently delivers excellence.
