When I told my friend that I was selling my house, he referred me to Lori Seavey at Keller Williams. HE had previously sold his home and told me Lori was extremely helpful.

Well, the first day that I contacted Lori, she was extremely responsive. She responded to my call right away and scheduled to view the property the same week. Lori is an experienced realtor and has extensive knowledge of what she does. She recommended that we re-paint the living area a different color in order to attract more buyers, which was a huge help. Selling the house was stress free and Lori took care of everything for me. She even worked with the water department to acquire the final water bill since I was out of town, and worked with a mowing company to ensure the grass looked great. It was a pleasure working with Lori and her team. She is a fantastic realtor and would recommend to my friends and family.

Lori and her team were absolutely amazing to work with for the sale of our home in Foxboro. It is no secret that the real estate market is intense and competitive right now, which can add stress for both buyers and sellers. I truly never had an experience like the one with Lori and her team.

First off we had a quick turnaround to get our home ready and list right before Christmas! Lori came by and helped stage and made our home look beautiful for a series of open houses. Despite the inconvenient timing with the holidays, we got multiple offers over asking, and i truly believe it was because of Lori that the process went so smoothly.

Communication was clear and consistent throughout the selling process. Not only that, but we also had to move during the big snow storm at the end of January! This would have been stressful on us, but Lori's service and touch again shined as she made sure our Foxboro home was plowed and cleaned before the final walkthrough. I can't stress enough how helpful this was, and i honestly haven't heard of other agents going this above and beyond!

Lori was more than a realtor to us - she stepped up and led/managed the marketing and sale of our home within a few weeks after partnering.

Professional and tasteful staging of our home was key in highlighting the best features of the home, and after just 5 hours of showing over one weekend, the property was sold.

Her local knowledge, as well as overall experience in dealing with inspectors, lawyers, mortgage companies and other realtors helped us stay on track. She went above and beyond to keep us informed and also provided a list of tasks and timelines we needed to do to fulfill our obligations to ensure smooth closing.

Lori was always responsive, accessible all the time, including weekends. Unless you buy or sell homes often, I dont think one has appreciation for the amount of work your realtor does to make sure a buyer or seller has a "no-stress" experience.

Lori and her team was fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our home. Prior to listing, we wanted to make the right improvements to get the biggest bang for our buck, and Lori provided guidance right down to the color of the paint and carpeting. She provided a referral to a wonderful painter who saved us a ton of time at a reasonable cost. When we had the house ready to list, Lori staged the home at no added cost with just the right furniture and accents, and her photographer did an absolutely incredible job making our home look stunning! The home was listed on a Friday night and by Saturday we had people driving by all day. Showings started on Sunday and there were literally cars lined up down the street for hours. We ultimately received 22 offers, all but one over the asking price. Even once we accepted an offer, Lori and her team was not done providing exceptional service. They met with the local inspectors, handled water readings and utilities, and ultimately Lori was instrumental in facilitating the closing. Lori was in constant contact with us throughout the process and I cannot recommend her and her team more highly. She's the absolute BEST!

I don’t even know where to start! My fiancé and I met Lori in 2018 when we sold a house. Working with her was effortless. Her and her Team are quick to respond and leave no stone unturned. We knew we wanted to sell our home and had heard great reviews about Lori Seavey and her team. We consulted with Lori initially to see what we would need to do in order to be able to put our house on the market. Lori was amazing, instead of telling us to invest a lot of money into renovations and complete overhauls, she instead saw the value that was there and made great recommendations for lighter touch ups and paint options. She even has a professional photographer take amazing photos for the listing.

We listed our house on a Thursday and by Friday we already had an offer, unseen! Going into that weekend we had an open house on Saturday and another Sunday and they were completely booked solid. By the end of the weekend we had about 15 offers and above our asking price.

Lori was incredible to work with and she is truly an expert in her craft. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. This was our first time selling a home and she guided us through the whole process. She made sure we understood each step and kept us on track. She did all of our staging and made the house really feel like home. Honestly she did such an amazing job with the staging, I would hire her as our interior decorator! Lori and her team are AMAZING!!!! we met her when she was the listing agent and we were the buyers for the house we just sold. when we bought the house we were very impressed and quite envious that she wasn't our agent. fast forward 3 years and it was time to sell, she was the only realtor we contacted. we knew we would be in good hands!
we hit the MLS on Thursday, she had 27 showings scheduled by Friday night. we still don't know how many people looked at my house, but according to my neighbor, it was quite a lot! offers came in on Tuesday, we had 20 offers, 15 of them well above list price and well above our bottom dollar. she negotiated the best offers, checked financing for the buyers, organized them on a spreadsheet and sent them to us. she talked us through the best offers and we all agreed on which one to accept.
that was it, house was sold in 3 days!!! couldn't have been easier!!
one last thing we need to mention, the snow storm, we forgot all about taking care of snow removal after we moved out, but before the buyers moved in, Lori sent her son over to remove the snow so the new owners could move in, AMAZING!!!!!
